What is included in the price?
bop is not an invoicing app with a list of paid add-ons — the monthly price covers the whole office:
- Registration & start: trade licence, SVS, tax number — guided and explained step by step.
- Your own website: clients find you and contact you directly — no tech skills, no extra charge.
- Chat with clients: you write in your language, your clients read German — bop translates automatically, in both directions.
- Appointments & invoices: a calendar with reminders, invoices created and sent automatically.
- Money at a glance: what is paid, what is still open — and how much you should set aside for SVS and taxes.
- Official letters: photograph the letter — bop explains in your language what to do.
- Ready-made contracts & terms: professional standard contracts for your trade.
- 13 languages: the whole app and all explanations.
What does bop not cost?
Just as important as the price is what does not show up on the bill:
- No commission: bop does not earn from your jobs. Whether you make 500 euros or 5,000 euros a month, the price stays the same.
- No setup fee: getting started costs nothing extra, and neither does your own website.
- No minimum term: you can cancel any month. If bop does not work for you, you simply stop.
- No hidden costs: no surcharges for "premium features" that you actually need in order to work.
Why a fixed price instead of commission?
Booking platforms can look cheaper at first glance: no monthly price, you pay "only when you earn." But that is actually the expensive option — the commission grows with every job, and the better your business does, the more you pay. A fixed monthly price flips that around: every extra job belongs entirely to you. And because your clients contact you directly instead of a platform, you build up your own client base that nobody can take away from you. You can find the full breakdown at Platform or your own business? and bop vs. Wecasa.
